Glossy Press-On Nails is a New Zealand brand made in Christchurch!

Our press-on’s are durable and painted with high-quality gel polish meaning they are made to last. Every set is hand-painted with love and care ❤️

Glossy Press-On Nails are designed to fit you and your style. Each set is custom sized to you by purchasing a sizing kit or by manually measuring your nails. You can choose between solid colour, luxury designed or custom nail sets.

Application is quick and easy and everything you need is supplied. With proper care, they can be reused and usually last up to 4 weeks!

Meet Kyla

Kyla started Glossy Press-On Nails out of her passion for creating high-quality, artistic nail designs. With six years of experience as a certified nail technician, she has extensive knowledge of the nail industry.

After running her at-home salon, she discovered her true passion in crafting press-on nails, and Glossy Nails was born!

FAQs

How long do Glossy Nails last?

Glossy press-on nails typically last between 2 to 4 weeks. The longevity depends on whether you use sticky tabs or glue, as well as your daily activities. If you use sticky tabs, expect them to last between 3 to 7 days.

Can I re-use them?

Yes! Glossy press-on nails can be re-used if they are properly cared for and removed correctly. However, everyday tasks can cause nail damage, so we cannot guarantee that they will always be reusable.

How do I remove the nails?

Removal instructions come with each Glossy set. The best way to remove the nails is to soak them in a mixture of acetone, hot water, and oil until they come off. The longer the set has been on, the easier it should be to remove. Please do not rip or bite them off, as this can damage your natural nails. For stubborn nails, you may need to soak them for longer.

How do I apply the nails?

Each set comes with an instruction card and all the tools you need to apply the nails. You can choose between the sticky tabs for short-wear and the nail glue for long-wear.

How do I get the right size?

We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit, which is the best way to ensure a perfect fit. The Sizing Kit includes every size of the nail shape and length you choose, allowing you to match them against your natural nails.
Alternatively, you can manually measure using the instructions on our Sizing page. Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns if the measurements are incorrect. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. 🙂

I got a sizing kit and I need something smaller/bigger?

If you purchase a sizing kits but need a size bigger or smaller, get in touch and Kyla will be happy to help with this 🙂

How long do they take to arrive?

Glossy Nails are made soon after the order comes through and you can expect them to arrive within 3-5 business days. If there are any delays, we will get in touch with you.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

If your nails arrive damaged or have the wrong design, please contact us immediately with images of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the correct product.

Welcome to Glossy Nails NZ! We are committed to providing high-quality press-on nails and exceptional customer service. Please take a moment to review our policies below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched typically within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may take 5-10 business days to process.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3-5 business days.
Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Refund & Return Policy
No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Please get in touch if you have any issues.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a credit note.

3. Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for all orders. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and dispatched.
All prices are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).

4. Sizing Kits & Discounts
Sizing Kits: We offer sizing kits to help you find the perfect fit for your nails. Please note that purchasing a sizing kit qualifies you for a discount on nail sets only, not tools or other products.
Discount Policy: Discounts are applied automatically at checkout when eligible. Only one discount code may be used per order.

5. Custom Design Policy
Custom designs are created based on your specific requests. Please provide detailed instructions, including colours, patterns, and any other preferences.
Approval Process: A digital mock-up or description of your custom design will be sent to you for approval before production begins.
Custom designs are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once approved.
