Your submission will be reviewed to ensure the design is something Kyla can do. Kyla will work closely with you to create your perfect set of nails.
How to order a custom set.
Get Your Nail Sizing
We recommend a sizing kit for the best fit. Alternatively, use these instructions to size each nail manually and include the measurements in your order.
Complete Order Form
Fill out the form with your requirements and inspiration. Kyla will review it and contact you with design confirmation and pricing.
Approve The Design
Once you approve the design and pricing, we’ll provide payment instructions. We’ll start on your set as soon as we receive the payment.
Get Your New Nails!
Your new set will be crafted and shipped within 3-5 days. Kyla will notify you when your set is being shipped and give you a time frame.
Returns/Refunds Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once the custom design is approved and payment has been made. However, if you have any issues, please get in touch. We are happy to help 🙂
